Datenschutz App
Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für unsere mobilen iPhone- und Android-Apps (im Folgenden „App“). Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die Datenübertragung im Internet Sicherheitslücken aufweisen kann. Ein lückenloser Schutz der Daten vor dem Zugriff durch Dritte ist nicht möglich.

„Verantwortliche Stelle“ ist die Stelle, die personenbezogene Daten erhebt, verarbeitet oder nutzt. Verantwortliche Stelle für die Datenverarbeitung im Rahmen dieser App ist:

Zugriffsrechte der App
Die App hat Zugriff auf die Standortdaten Ihres Endgeräts (z.B. Mobiltelefon). Hierbei wird beim Auslesen eines Sensors mit Hilfe der App neben dem im Sensor gespeicherten Datensatz unter Umständen auch der Standort bis zur Ebene der Straße ermittelt und den Auswertungsdaten beigefügt, sofern die Standortfunktion Ihres Endgeräts aktiviert ist. Weitere personenbezogene Daten erfasst die App nicht.
Die Standortdaten werden zusammen mit den ausgelesenen Auswertungsinformationen des Sensors gespeichert und an die im Sensor hinterlegte Cloud-Adresse übertragen. Die Standortdaten werden nicht mit anderen personenbezogenen Daten zusammengeführt.
Wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass die Standortdaten beim Auslesen eines Sensors an die hinterlegte Cloud-Adresse übertragen wird, können Sie die Standortfunktion Ihres Endgeräts deaktivieren. Die App kann auch in diesem Fall ohne Einschränkungen genutzt werden.
Rechtsgrundlage für die Erfassung der Standortdaten ist die Erfüllung unserer vertraglichen Pflichten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO), Ihre Einwilligung bei Installation der App und / oder der Aktivierung der Standortfunktion (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) sowie unser berechtigtes Interesse an der statistischen Auswertung dieser Daten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Verschlüsselung
Diese App nutzt aus Gründen der Sicherheit und zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten eine Verschlüsselung. Durch diese Verschlüsselung wird verhindert, dass die Daten, die Sie übermitteln, von unbefugten Dritten mitgelesen werden können.
Pflichtinformationen nach Artikel 13 DSGVO
Sie haben jederzeit das Recht, unentgeltlich Auskunft über Herkunft, Empfänger und Zweck Ihrer gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu erhalten. Ihnen steht außerdem ein Recht auf Widerspruch, auf Datenübertragbarkeit und ein Beschwerderecht bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde zu. Ferner können Sie die Berichtigung, die Löschung und unter bestimmten Umständen die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten verlangen. Sofern Sie eine Einwilligung zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten abgeben, können Sie diese jederzeit widerrufen. Wenn wir personenbezogene Daten aufgrund berechtigter Interessen verarbeiten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), haben Sie das Recht, dieser Verarbeitung zu widersprechen, sofern Ihre Interessen unsere berechtigten Interessen überwiegen.
Änderung Datenschutzerklärung
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Datenschutzbestimmungen unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben jederzeit zu ändern.

This privacy notice applies to our iPhone and Android mobile apps (hereafter referred to as an "App"). We would point out that data transmission over the Internet can be exposed to security breaches. Thus unauthorised third party access to data can never be completely ruled out.

Access privileges for this app
This app has access to the location data for your device (e.g. a mobile phone). Whenever the location function is activated on your device or terminal: each time you access positioning data with the help of the app sensor, in addition to the data stored in the sensor record, your own location data may be determined up to street level and added to the data analysis. The app will not collect additional personal data.
The location data is stored together with the sensor reading created and transmitted to the cloud address stored in the sensor. This location data will not be merged with any other personal information.
If you do not want the location data to be transmitted to the stored cloud address alongside the sensor reading, you can deactivate the location function on your terminal or device. The app will still continue to function without restrictions.
The legal basis for the collection of the location data is the fulfilment of our contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), your consent for the installation of the app and/or the activation of the location function (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of this data (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Encoding
This app uses data encryption for security purposes and personal data protection. This encryption feature prevents the data you submit being read by unauthorised third parties.
Mandatory information in accordance with Article 13 GDPR
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data, free of charge and at any time. You also have a right to object to the content of your stored personal data, to request a data transfer, and a right of appeal to the appropriate regulatory authority. You may also request the correction and deletion of your personal data, and in certain circumstances you are entitled to restrict its processing. When you give your consent for the processing of personal data, you can revoke this consent at any time. If we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing if your own interests outweigh our legitimate interests.

We reserve the right to change this privacy notice at any time in accordance with legal requirements.
