With the ASPION Cloud – the powerful and easy-to-use IoT platform for ASPION L-Track multi-sensor data loggers – users orchestrate their shipments, manage devices and alerts, administer users and access rights, and maintain full visibility of all locations, sensor data, and analytics at all times.
The platform provides round-the-clock access to worldwide live data from all devices and keeps users informed about the status of their shipments at all times. In addition, thresholds and geofences can be freely defined with comprehensive alarm functions and can even be modified during ongoing operations. Shipments can be clearly grouped and organized to capture all relevant information at a glance. Intuitive dashboards help to analyze sensor data quickly and easily and draw meaningful conclusions from it in order to take active measures if necessary. The ASPION Cloud is hosted entirely in Germany under strict security standards and is available in German and English language.
Live tracking and alert features: 360° monitoring for every shipment
The GDPR-compliant map view shows the current location and the entire transport history for each shipment worldwide. If a specified geofence or threshold value is exceeded (e.g., shock event or elevated temperature), users are notified both in the cloud and by email. Unusual occurrences are displayed directly on the map and assigned to the respective transport section, allowing the location of the event to be traced at any time. Filter levels can be used to customize the map view according to your own needs.
Sensor data: All information at a glance
The device configuration allows each ASPION L-Track to be adapted to individual transport requirements – and settings can also be changed during transport. For quick and easy assignment, configuration settings can be saved as profiles and are available on demand for each use. All collected measurements are clearly visualized over time. Thanks to extensive filter functions, only the sensor data that is actually relevant is displayed. This allows important information to be read directly and analyzed in detail via intuitive dashboards.
Simple and comfortable administration: For shipments, exports, and users
Comprehensive administrative functions ensure clear and structured organization of shipments and their associated information. With just one click, all relevant data can be exported from the ASPION Cloud for archiving, analysis, or sharing with other stakeholders. Through unlimited user management, users can grant access to the ASPION Cloud to any number of employees, partners, service providers, or other parties. User roles and audit logs make access rights and activities clearly defined and transparent for every user.
Completely hosted in Germany: High data security and performance
The powerful and secure IoT platform, based on the Cloud of Things by Deutsche Telekom, is fully "Hosted in Germany" in ISO-certified data centers. The latest security standards and fallback solutions ensure high data security and system availability throughout the entire architecture. Through the GDPR-compliant map service provided by YellowMap, no personal data is collected.
