Smart transport monitoring in a new dimension

ASPION presents 360° global live tracking with an innovative business model at transport logistic

Karlsruhe, 6 May 2025. Current challenges in the worldwide economy are putting increasing pressure on international supply chains – uncertainties, delays and disruptions are constantly presenting shippers and service providers with complex tasks. ASPION's solutions provide insight into global transportation for manufacturers of expensive industrial goods. At the transport logistic trade fair from June 2-5, 2025 in Munich, the company will be presenting for the first time the new, innovative business model of the all-in-one IoT solution ASPION L-Track with 360° live tracking, which recently won the ElectroTEC Pioneer Award. Visitors can also look forward to the new version of the well-established ASPION G-Log transport data loggers with numerous upgrades.

Global transparency in the supply chain minimizes damage

The ASPION L-Track continuously provides information on the position and condition of transported goods, including shock/impact in detail, tilt, opening, climate data and more. The user-friendly ASPION Cloud enables individual configuration during live operation. Thanks to live data, transports around the globe are monitored in real time and potential damage to sensitive capital goods such as machinery, transformers or turbines can be detected at an early stage. This allows shippers to intervene quickly, save time and minimize economic damage. Interested parties can experience all the benefits of the end-to-end solution “Made and Hosted in Germany” live at transport logistic (02. - 05.06.2025, Munich, Hall B1 Booth 515).

Innovative business model for scalable multi-sensor platform

Designed as an expandable multi-sensor platform, the ASPION L-Track stands out from existing solutions on the market. A unique and new feature is the individual selection of sensors required for monitoring with flexible expansion options based on the “plug and play” principle. The innovative, customer-oriented business model allows users to select their device sensors according to their needs. Optionally, they can expand the scope of services with additional, external sensors as required. The prices are based purely on the customer's needs: The business model thus guarantees transparent, calculable fixed costs with an agreed term including data flat rate for SIM card and cloud application. In this way, the requirements for comprehensive real-time monitoring for a wide range of industries are met in a tailored, cost-effective and “out-of-the-box” way.

New version of ASPION G-Log and technical presentation on the future trend of IoT

As an additional trade fair highlight, ASPION will be presenting the new version 7 of the award-winning ASPION G-Log shock and climate data loggers. Features for grouping, evaluating and filtering data now provide even more transparency and overview in the supply chain. In addition, ASPION founder and CTO Michael Wöhr will give exciting insights into the topic of “Opportunities and challenges of global IoT communication using the example of multi-sensor tracking devices” in his technical presentation. Interested visitors can follow the live presentation on Tuesday, June 3 at 12:30 p.m. in Hall B5 on the “Exhibitor Stage”.
