Transport monitoring in all dimensions at BVL Supply Chain CX

ASPION presents global transport and condition monitoring with 360° live tracking for resilient supply chains

Karlsruhe, 18 September 2026. Geopolitical crises and conflicts are putting global supply chains under increasing pressure. Uncertainty surrounding the Strait of Hormuz, attacks on key shipping routes and the resulting diversions, delays and increased risks are making reliable planning of international transportation more challenging. At BVL Supply Chain CX in Berlin from October 21–22, 2026, at Booth C/27, ASPION will demonstrate how industrial companies can create transparency in a disruptive environment and effectively protect high-value goods throughout the entire supply chain. As an expert in shock monitoring and analysis, the high-tech company will showcase its complete range of solutions – from cost-effective condition monitoring to global 360° live tracking with ASPION L-Track. ASPION will demonstrate how valuable data can be obtained for logistics processes and how digital transport monitoring can help create transparent and secure supply chains.

More transparency for sea and air freight with ASPION L-Track

At BVL Supply Chain CX, ASPION will provide a first preview of the upcoming implementation of vessel tracking in the ASPION Cloud. Once the relevant cargo ship information has been entered, users will in the future also be able to access the current location of a shipment at sea. This will provide additional transparency for ocean freight shipments – particularly when routes change at short notice, ports are skipped or transit times unexpectedly increase. The ASPION L-Track also opens new possibilities for monitoring air freight shipments: the multi-sensor data logger is officially approved for air freight and features an automatic flight detection mode. Designed as a flexibly expandable multi-sensor IoT platform, the solution can also be extended with external sensors or a stationary power supply to meet individual requirements. This makes it possible to implement continuous global monitoring of high-value goods with specific requirements “out-of-the-box”.

Digital transport monitoring for every demand

For global supply chains, ASPION will demonstrate the full range of digital transport monitoring with the ASPION L-Track and global 360° live tracking, as well as the proven ASPION G-Log shock and climate data loggers – completely “Made & Hosted in Germany.” The G-Log series enables simple and cost-effective monitoring of vibrations, shocks, and climatic conditions over many months – completely autonomous and independent of cloud, internet, power supply, and ongoing licenses. The new flagship, the ASPION L-Track, provides complete transparency about the location and condition of the goods with 360° live tracking, in real-time and worldwide. All digital ASPION data loggers precisely record relevant events with date and time stamps, thereby creating a traceable data basis for root cause analysis, quality management, and conclusive evidence of damage.

Experience all new features live and get started cost-effectively
