"Made in Germany" stands for high quality, high performance and a secure future. ASPION GmbH from Karlsruhe has now been selected by the Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. (Federal Association of IT SMEs). (BITMi) with the seal of approval "Software Made in Germany".
BITMi Vice President Martin Hubschneider presented the seal of approval to Michael Wöhr, founder and managing director of ASPION GmbH at CeBIT. According to Hubschneider, the ASPION G-Log Manager software and the associated smartphone app for controlling the shock sensors are characterized above all by user-friendliness, flexibility and a sophisticated, smart design. In addition, customers are supported by a competent service in all handling issues with the sensor for transport monitoring, which has already proven itself successfully in practice.
"The Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. awards the seal of quality 'Software Made in Germany' to underline the quality of German software products", it says in the laudation of the BITMi Vice President Martin Hubschneider. "We are also pleased to be able to award seal holders that produce internationally oriented products". The shock sensor ASPION G-Log - also 'Made in Germany' - monitors the transport of sensitive goods and brings worldwide transparency and security to the entire supply chain. The control of the sensor, such as configuration of limit values, start and stop of recordings as well as intelligent functions for the smartphone app, such as PIN protection for stopping a sensor, is carried out with the PC software ASPION G-Log Manager.
According to the BITMi, the "Software Made in Germany" seal of approval is a valuable marketing tool for the certified company. "We are very pleased about the award of the BITMi seal of quality", says managing director Michael Wöhr of ASPION GmbH. "The award confirms our good positioning in Germany. We want to expand this further and open up new markets with smart sensor technology 'Made in Germany'".
