*conditions of participation

Participation in the ASPION GmbH lottery (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

Eligible participants are natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and does not depend on the purchase of goods or services. Employees of the organizer, ASPION partners and their employees are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, such as false or misleading statements or violations of these conditions of participation.

Participation
The participation in the competition takes place through a personal visit to the organiser's stand at the transport logistic and Sensor+Test trade fairs in June 2019, stating all necessary contact information and acceptance of the conditions of participation. Participation is possible until the end of the Sensor+Test trade fair on 27.06.2019. Each participant can only participate once in the competition.

Profit, notification and handover
There will be 3 starter packages ASPION G-Log 2 with a net value of 259 Euro each among all participants. The winners will be drawn from all participants until July 31, 2019, excluding any legal action. The winners will be notified in writing by the organizer. In case of an undeliverable notification, the organizer is not obliged to investigate further and can determine a new winner. If the winner does not respond within one week of the notification of winning, the Promoter will also be entitled to determine a new winner. A cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded. The material prize will be delivered to the winner by parcel service according to availability, the organizer will bear the shipping costs. The winner himself is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

End of the raffle
The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons and to adapt these conditions of participation.

Data protection and privacy
In order to participate in the competition it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant affirms that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname, e-mail address and address, are true and correct. The collection and processing of personal data serves exclusively for the execution of the competition and, if necessary, for sending the prizes. In the event of a prize, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and place of residence in the media used by the organizer. All data will only be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the competition and will be deleted after the end of the competition, unless there are any legal obligations to retain data or the participant has given other consent.

The participant may at any time obtain information about the data stored by the organizer, object to the use of his data and demand its deletion. For this purpose, a simple letter to ASPION GmbH, Abraham-Lincoln-Allee 12, 76149 Karlsruhe, Germany or by e-mail to info@aspion.de is sufficient. After revocation of the consent the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
